Die Cast 3D Pins
Certain lapel pin designs create challenges for the die struck process. With this manufacturing method we create ceramic molds and pour molten zinc into them. Most of the products we sell are die struck. which means we stamp them from metal. If your design has: holes or “internals” in the design, 3D, rounded, extruded art, requires a thicker base than 2mm
