Transit Times

The time in transit for our orders range from 2-10 business days. We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited service.

If you require another courier service that can offer a faster overnight service, such as UPS, there will be a $25 document preparation fee.

Please note: if your product is due to be engraved, that service is only offered from our Toronto warehouse, so plan your order accordingly. If you are located in BC and require engraving, the order will take 5-7 days to arrive. If you order blank items, they will be dispatched within 72 hours from Surrey.

• We are located in 100 Mile House, BC.
• Our company is a distributor and we drop ship all of our products directly to your door.
• We do not manufacture or engrave in-house.

All orders under $150 will be charged a $25 flat rate within Canada or the USA.

All orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.

Engraving and decorating fees will vary between our products. We DO NOT ENGRAVE medals. 

Setup Fees: For every product that we decorate or engrave, there is a setup fee (approximately $25-50).

Engraving Fees: This depends on whether we require cylindrical engraving or flat engraving. The fee structure can range from per letter to per imprint.

Personalization: If you have a standard imprint you would like on all your plaques or trophies, but need to add a name, this is called personalization. For example, if you have a team photo plaque and want to add “MVP” to the image, that will typically cost you $5 per “copy change”.

Our shopping cart system works great for simple transactions without engraving. If you have a more complex order that requires multiple items, we’d gladly provide you with a quote. 

Ultimate Awards is a division of Ultimate Promotions Ltd. Our company has been in the custom lapel pin, medallion and promotional products business for nearly 50 years.  Sports customers have always been a huge chunk of our clientele. We spent a significant amount of time and resources developing this store so that we can make it easy for parents, schools, coaches and events to order custom awards online.

As a family business, it’s rare that we offer any cash for sponsorship. Nor do we really sign up for the typical “bronze, silver, gold” programs. However, we do occasionally engage in sponsorship and we typically look for the following in the events we work with:

• A large email list or social media following.
• An attractive social media package in return.
• A banner or logo link on event page.
• Your event is at Provincial or National level.
• Regular customers.
• The ability to attach promo offers to any item we sponsor (ie biz card with promo code).
• We prefer to start working with you about 4-6 months before your event. We need that amount of time to create  a win-win and structure our sponsorship so that it creates a return on investment.
